The Keeper Craig Tracy
Until this evening I had never hear of the inspirational and brilliantly talented Craig Tracy. His body art is outstanding and his three dimensional pieces amazing. The fact that they are painted on naked bodies also didn’t pass me by.
Craig was born in New Orleans to a couple of working class hippies who nurtured his talent and would indulge along with Craig in painting each others faces for Madi Gras.
At the age of 15 Craig was given an airbrush, little did they know how much he would flourish over the next 20 years. You can read his full biography here it makes for a very interesting read.
He lends his support to the ever diminishing South China Tiger with this three dimensional body painting saying “Only 100 South China Tigers are reported to remain alive and if my bodypainting can help increase that number by one then I’ll have lived with purpose”.
