Are you having problems getting motivated to visit the gym and work on that long promised 6 pack?  Maybe you would find it easier getting your ass down to the local gym if you were inspired by the promise of something a little more naughty than the norm.

The thought of going to gym can fill the heart with dread, although I find if you kickstart yourself in to going by the time you leave you feel totally virtuous and obviously fitter.  But for some it’s a hurdle too high to contemplate.

However this wouldn’t be a problem if you were residing in Spain’s basque region because they have come up with a really brilliant idea.   The nudest gym.  They do offer a towel service saying “Easy Gym stresses it does provide towels for comfort and “to prevent slippage” on the equipment.”  I’m wondering if they sell the towels on Ebay afterwards.  Loving the term “slippage”.

I’m also not so sure that jogging without the helping hand of a sports bra is going to be that comfortable for us ladies.  On the other hand I’m sure the guys would enjoy the spectacle.  I’m thinking joggers nipple.
